When, where and how did the band come
together
We came together in NYC, 1999, had an album out in 2001, toured
for a few years, took a break, and are back to melt faces...
Best description of your sound to
someone who is yet to hear you would be...
Ummmm, rock on the harder side with elements of the lighter side,
good tunes to move your rump to?
Someone who isn't too familiar with
your stuff, which release would you suggest they start with?

What is your latest release, give
it a plug, tell us about it.
We're currently writing a new record, we're looking to record early
09', should be out late spring 09', May perhaps.
Favourite song to play live.. and
why?
Used For Glue is a rocker, it has all the elements,
people dig it, it's a party.
If you could go back in time and write any one song.. what
would it be..
"I Melt With You" because it's on every single commercial every
year, never seems to die, probably generates a bundle of loot...
Or "Me So Horny", it's a master piece.
Most memorable moment / best achievement
with the band to date would be...
We did a photo shoot in London where we were hanging on a rope wall
all day, it was pain full and weird... We recently played two shows
in NYC in one night at different venues, that was interesting as
well.
Have you toured with any of the Soundwave
bands before? If so, give us a quick story..
Hmmmm, we played Download Festival last summer with The Subways,
the girl in the band had her face painted like Paul Stanley from
KISS, that was cool.... We know, Saves The Day, I Am The Avalanche
and a few others, it will be good to hang.
Which bands on the Soundwave lineup
are you most likely to be found partying with after the show?
Probably those bands I mentioned, The guys in Dillinger are a lot
of fun as well, it's on, can't wait...
Who in your band is the party animal?
Give us a quick story on antics of the past..
We all just got released from prison, can't get into it...
You have been to Australia before,
what's the memory most stuck in your mind...
I got stung by a jelly fish up north once, and for a half hour I
thought I was going to die, but it wasn't one of those killer fuckers
you guys have, thanks god. Rival Schools played some great shows
in Australia though, many moons ago, it was a blast.
Thing you are most looking forward
to about coming to Australia this summer?
Warmth, ummm, sun, I've never been to Perth, looking forward to
that.
Is there anything you "just have to
do" while you are in Australia?
swim, go to the beach, drink a coopers ale, buy vegemite by the
truck loads for my Aussie wife.
If the rider fairy was to grant you
one wish, what would be awaiting you backstage at the festival..
a cricket set and some cold brews... Oh yea, sushi and midgets too

because..
because we're landing in a helicopter on stage.
