When, where and how did the band
come together
The band came together in the summer of love. Just a bunch
of free spirits ya know? Wanting to change the world. Best description
of your sound to someone who is yet to hear you would be...we sound
like Metro Station.
Someone who isn't too familiar with
your stuff, which release would you suggest they start with?
Probably Zombies, Aliens, Dinosaurs ect. etc...
What is your latest release, give
it a plug, tell us about it.
We just released a little 3 song ukulele Ep for the last tour we
did. It has 2 new songs and a cover of a Buddy Holly song. Both
of those songs will be on the next record.
Favourite song to play live.. and
why?
You Sleep Alone. It's a new song that we have been playing live
for the past few months. Probably my favorite hellogoodbye song.
If you could go back in time and
write any one song.. what would it be..
A Day In The Life. By The Beatles. Jesus, that song is the best
song ever created.
Most
memorable moment / best achievement with the band to date would
be...
Others in the band would say different things. For me,
it was the trip to Japan. One of the greatest experiences i've ever
had.
Have you toured with any of the Soundwave
bands before? If so, give us a quick story..
We just got off of a tour with Ace Enders. On the last night of
tour we plugged our guitars into their amps without them knowing
and took their guitars out. It was great.
Which bands on the Soundwave lineup
are you most likely to be found partying with after the show?
Probably Nine Inch Nails...Minus the Bear
Who in your band is the party animal?
Give us a quick story on antics of the past..
I guess me? On my birthday last year we were in Utah...I jumped
off a balcony...I think I broke my foot.
You have been to Australia before,
What's the memory most stuck in your mind...
Forrest really likes Australia. He said it's like California but
way more chill.
Thing you are most looking forward
to about coming to Australia this summer?
I am so excited to see NIN. It's going to be insane!
Is there anything you "just
have to do" while you are in Australia?
I wanna get a picture with a Roo and a Koala. Even though I heard
they sound like Satan...

one wish, what would be awaiting you backstage at the festival
My Girlfriend. She really wants to come...Rider Fairy, if your out
