When, where and how did the band
come together
The year was 1999. Jason, Drew and Craig were Trekies and were apart
of a Star Trek fan club that would have conventions in downtown
Jacksonville. Josh on the other hand was part of a group who would
constantly egg the “nerds” coming out of the Star Trek convention.
One day after a convention there was an Aquabats show and Kyle was
doing merch for the opening band called Shomer Chavez. A fight broke
out between a dog gone Nazi and the local hot dog vendor. Well what
all 5 of us didn’t know at the time was that we were and still to
this day are huge hot dog fans (and not fans of Nazi’s) The hot
dog guy was getting his ass kicked and each of us ran over to help
him out. Afterwards Josh realized that Jason, Drew and Craig weren’t
as nerdy as they looked (since they were still in Trekie uniform)
and Kyle was OK. After being rewarded with hot dogs, which turned
into a hot dog party, the 5 of them started talking and found out
that each other played an instrument, except for Drew. They decided
to start a punk/ska band with Drew singing, but to everyone’s surprise,
Drew couldn’t carry a tune to save his beloved William Shatner.
Therefore he started screaming out of rage and it sounded pretty
good so we started a hardcore band.
Best description of your sound to
someone who is yet to hear you would be...
1,000 dying babies….but heavy and with some singing. Oh and in a
good way.

your stuff, which release would you suggest they start with?
Wolfbiker (Metal Blade Records)

it a plug, tell us about it.
The record is called Wolfbiker. Need I say more?
Favourite song to play live.. and
why?
Where There Is Fire We Will Carry Gasoline because of the gnarly
circle pit part and also because the other day when we played it
I slipped and broke a nut.

Playing a show that the Mafia put on in Russia.
Have you toured with any of the Soundwave
bands before? If so, give us a quick story..
Yes, we’ve toured with a lot of the bands before. Josh’s 21st birthday
was spent on an ETID tour where the cops showed up at party before
of the house catching on fire.
Which bands on the Soundwave lineup
are you most likely to be found partying with after the show?
Hopefully Alice In Chains because we are only going on the tour
to snuff the rooster.
Who in your band is the party animal?
Give us a quick story on antics of the past..
Bill Cosby, he used to have this show and it always made us laugh.
You have been to Australia before,
what's the memory most stuck in your mind...
Yes, we have been twice. The memory stuck in most of our minds is
probably the time that we ran over a woman with the van. She flew
about 20 feet in the air and was covered in blood. Everyone thought
she was dead, but she wasn’t. She was just really fucked up.
Thing you are most looking forward
to about coming to Australia this summer?
Seeing the Eiffel Tower.

do" while you are in Australia?
Yes, but I don’t think that is appropriate for readers to know.
