Tegan and Sara – ‘Closer’
on September 21st, 2012Popular duo Tegan and Sara have posted their new single ‘Closer‘. The track will appear on the twin sister’s new album which is currently due for a January 2013 release. “Sara calls ‘Closer’ my ‘let’s get it on’ track” Tegan explains to Rolling Stone. “And although I do imagine that this would be an okay song to make out to, all I intended was to write something sweet that reminded the listener of a time before sex, complicated relationships, drama and heart break.
