The Amenta have released their latest digital offering ‘Chokehold‘. The new digital EP is available on iTunes through Listenable Records and features two exclusive tracks, a cover of Godflesh’s ‘Christ Bait Rising‘ and using that cover as an inspiration, a new original track ‘Chokehold‘. The EP also contains a remix of the track ‘V01D‘ from the free digital release of the same name and two live tracks recorded on the recent tour in support of it’s release. Tim Pope from the band says “Chokehold was recorded during the sessions for the upcoming full length album ‘Flesh is Heir’, an was an experiment in spontaneity, minimalism and urban grime“.
