EMMER EFFER RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM
Emmer Effer has just released their debut full-length album, ‘From The Bottom Down‘, via Felony Records.

They are a four-piece punk band from Los Angeles, California. Three members of the band were raised on South Bay punk rock, while Jake the drummer was raised on the punk sounds of the Pacific Northwest. This meshing of styles has resulted in a straight forward punk sound that is fast and to the point. Most songs are purposely kept under two minutes and guitar solos will not be found.

Founded in 2012, the band released their first EP, ‘Dead Men Tell No Lies‘, digitally on their own Emmer Effer Records in 2013. In 2016, Felony Records signed the band and released an EP on vinyl called ‘The People Are The Answer‘.

They headed back to Screaming Leopard Studios in Hermosa Beach in early 2017 to record their first full length with Ian Peterson, who has previously worked with Pennywise and Chaos Delivery Machine. The band spent a total of four days in the studio recording 19 songs.

The songs on the album harken back to that mid-90s South Bay sound reminiscent of 98 Mute and Pennywise. Lyrically, Emmer Effer’s songs are a glimpse into the everyday realities that many people go through, such as death, drugs, love, politics, and friendship.

SENSAII RELEASE ‘DIG DEEP’
Sensaii have released their new EP ‘Dig Deep‘ independently.

Following up from a busy 2016 on the back of the release of their first full-length album ‘Renegade‘ backed by a national tour supporting The Amity Affliction and Trophy Eyes; the band returned to embark on their third studio release.

They will launch the release live at Crowbar in Brisbane this Saturday 14th October with guests Driven Fear, Arrivals, Uni/Vs and Daybreakers.

DEAR SEATTLE SHARE VIDEO CLIP AND NEW TOUR DATES
After releasing their debut self-titled EP in July, Dear Seattle jumped in the van and drove around Australia on their first ever headline tour. Playing in cities and regional areas up and down the East Coast and finishing up at Bigsound in Brisbane, the band played to the biggest crowds of their careers, selling out or reaching capacity at every show.

Today they share the video for new single ‘Cut You Deep‘, a collaboration between triple j Unearthed and NIDA, and announce they are joining Kingswood on a stack of shows this and next month, plus a bunch of new shows of their own.

The 6-track self-titled EP is out now, watch the new video and cop the tour dates below.
