MISE EN SCENE TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM THIS WEEK
Hailing from Winnipeg, Canada, Mise en Scene will this week release their second album ‘Still Life on Fire‘.

Recorded in Winnipeg and produced by Montréal-based mastermind Mike Nash (who has worked with everyone from members of The Dears, Blue Rodeo and Ladies of the Canyon) the album is a full, sonic delight capturing a full portrayal of the band’s journey.

PORTKEY SHARE ANOTHER TASTE OF DEBUT ALBUM, OUT FRIDAY
Boston band Portkey have shared a stream of a new track ‘My Family In Fall River‘ from their forthcoming debut album ‘A Life That Is Giving‘ which will be released this Friday on Wiretap Records.

Pre-orders for the album, and a stream of another track ‘My Personal Experience’ can be found at Bandcamp [Here].

BANDINTEXAS – ‘HEY DAISY’ VIDEO CLIP
Sydney’s Bandintexas have released a video clip for their new single ‘Hey Daisy‘ which will appear on their debut album set for release in September.

The band last released ‘The ABCD-EP‘ in early 2014 and followed it up with a single titled ‘The Scientist‘ in 2015.

Across their seven years hard at it, they’ve shared stages with the likes of The Bell Rays, Dallas Frasca, Camp Cope, Richie Ramone, The Baby Animals & The Superjesus.

KINGSWOOD POP UP SHOWS THIS WEEK
Kingswood will be performing a series of pop-up club shows in Sydney and Melbourne this week.

You can catch them at The Lansdowne Hotel in Sydney on Thursday night and Yah Yah’s in Melbourne on Friday with Press Club joining them on both nights.

MEW ANNOUNCE AUSTRALIAN TOUR DATES
Danish dream-pop-prog band Mew will return to Australia this September for a run of four shows to promote their latest album ‘Visuals‘.

This visit will see them play The Triffid in Brisbane on September 10th, Manning Bar in Sydney on September 11th, Max Watt’s in Melbourne on the 12th and Capitol in Perth on the 13th.

Tickets will be on sale 10am this Thursday via Oztix.
