This July will see Sydney’s heavy groove exponents Black Rheno and Melbourne technical death metal band Hadal Maw join forces for what might be described as a pilgrimage to The Dead Of Winter, spreading the word of all things heavy.

With both bands having been invited to take part in Brisbane’s epic The Dead Of Winter Festival on July 29th it was the perfect excuse for the two bands to hook up and hit the road stringing together a run of shows from Victoria through to New South Wales and finishing up in Queensland for the festival.

Black Rheno came together in late in 2015 and unleashed their debut EP release ‘Let’s Start A Cult‘. In 2017 they have already toured nationwide on The Thrash Blast Grind Fest through February alongside King Parrot, Revocation and Psycroptic, then showcased at Austin Texas’s South By South West Festival in March. Not content with slowing down they hosted their own Housefox Fest in April.

Since their live debut in 2013, Hadal Maw have remained busy on the live circuit, releasing a popular debut ‘Senium‘ in the process. Taking the technical death metal genre to new, much darker realms. Enter 2017, brandishing a new singer and new album, ‘Olm‘ they have taken their live show to new heights.

Dates and details of the tour are below.
