With a mutual love of Vegan cheese toasties and The X-Files, Georgia Maq (Camp Cope) and Bec Stevens (Hyder Seek) have collaborated on numerous occasions in recent years and will now embark on a whirlwind co-headline acoustic tour later this month to showcase their powerful and raw melodies in an intimate setting.

The pair met back in 2013 at the Poison City Weekender and then “agreed to be best mates” shortly after, as Stevens recalls.

Now we have super emo tattoos together of a person drowning.

After recently dropping her onstage moniker of Hyder Seek, Stevens will enter the studio this month with her band to record a follow-up EP (set for release mid-year) to 2016’s fantastic ‘More Scared Than Me‘ solo debut, which Maq also features on.

Lock in Thursday 30th March to be at Crowbar if you are in Brisbane, Friday 31st March at The Record Crate in Sydney and Sunday 2nd April at The Reverence Hotel in Footscray.
